1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs or shipping delays.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States, with select international availability upon request. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm estimated delivery times.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery for assistance. For detailed return instructions, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

If your item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, including changes of mind or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Can I exchange my item?

Yes. Exchanges for a different size, color, or style are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Please contact our support team to begin the process.

7. What if my order is delayed?

Carrier or customs delays can occasionally extend delivery times. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, transit delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund, but we will assist in resolving any delivery issues promptly.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed through encrypted gateways.
